Super impressed with the power cleans this week!!

Reminder: Tim will be teaching class on Thursday and Friday due to a doctors appointment. I have given him the workouts and told him what weights to use….so don’t try to go lower!! (ha, ha)

Workout #1:

7 Shoulder Press

14 Dumbell Swings

7 rounds

Strength: deadlifts

Workout #2:

Run 1/2 mile

15 deadlifts

50 sit-ups

3 rounds

***deadlifts are 70-80% of max
