Teri Wells in full extension...the bar is a little far back...but we are working on that!

Once again….I got the goose bumps! The amount of effort and work given during the last workout was amazing. You guys are rock stars!! Here is a recap of what we did.

Workout:

5 stations: wall ball/push-press/box jumps/burpees/sumo HP

**you will spend 1 minute at each station and write down the amount of reps you do in each minute….you will have to write quickly because the next station starts almost immediately…you will have one minute of rest after all 5 stations are complete…there will be 3 rounds total….add up scores to get a grand total.**

**EVERYONE WHO HAD THEIR SCORES FROM LAST TIME IMPROVED THEIR TOTAL SCORE…..AWESOME!! 

REMINDERS:

1.) We have class Wednesday night and Thursday morning

2.) SIGN-UPS FOR NEXT SESSION ARE OUT!! PLEASE SIGN-UP ASAP…..AS I MIGHT NEED TO SPLIT THE CLASS INTO TWO SEPARATE HOURS. I WILL PROBABLY RUN A BEGINNER CLASS AND A VETERAN CLASS.

3.) WATCH OUT FOR INFO ON BARBELLS FOR BOOBS!! A benefit workout for breast cancer. It will take place at CrossFit Sonora on October 23, 2011 @ 12:00. Lets try to all be there!!
