CrossFit SSFC at the pool!

Hey everybody! …we had to close the pool today due to a ph/chemical imbalance. There is a slight chance the pool will not be open in the morning for our workout, however, WE WILL STILL HAVE CLASS!! Bring your suits anyway…we will find out in the morning.

Workout: 

Tabata swim (slow to moderate pace…establish your number)

30 push-ups/15 cleans/30 squats

Tabata swim (moderate pace…try to get a bigger lap count)

30 push-ups/15 thrusters/30 squats

Tabata swim (moderate to fast pace..try to get even a bigger lap count)

30 push-ups/15 sumo hp/30 squats

Tabata swim (fast pace…try to get your biggest lap count)

30 push-ups/15 deadlifts/30 squats

 

CORRECTION: I WROTE THE WORKOUT INCORRECTLY ON THE WEBSITE FOR YESTERDAY’S POST. THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT WE ACTUALLY DID!

5 deadlift (80-90% of max)

10 pull-ups

15 push-ups

**8 rounds for time**
