Nancy Raineri running her heart out!!

 

Congrats on a great workout this morning and last night. The cleans are coming along, and the range of motion on the squats are really good! You guys are extremely inspiring…keep it up!! The push-up test was very impressive!

Technique: MORE CLEANS!

Workout: 

15 deadlifts

12 pull-ups

9 push-ups

**you will complete 7 rounds for time**

Reminders:

1.) We will be at the pool for our workout this Friday morning…last one for this session. Everyone is invited!!

2.) Next session begins the week of October 10th. Sign-ups at the desk next week.

3.) Last class for this session will be next Monday night and Tuesday morning.
