Rachel Opsahl in the middle of a shoulder press....great job!!

Workout:

10 knees to elbows

20 lunges with plate overhead

carry plate around BB court

50 jump rope

**you will complete 5 rounds**

1.) We will be at the pool next Friday for our workout….again, everyone is invited!!

2.) Next session will begin on October 10th. Sign-ups at the desk on September 21st. Please sign-up as soon as possible….I might need to break the class into 2 separate hours.
