GREAT RAFTING TRIP!! 

Workout:

Run 1/4 mile

15 deadlifts

50 sit-ups

**complete 3 rounds**

Remember: This Friday, everyone is welcome!! We will be in the pool for part of the workout. There is always another option if you choose not to be in the water. Come join the fun anyway on the pool deck!! Class begins 7:45am.
