Technique: Push Press/wall balls

Workout: (tapping into a previous birthday workout)

Start the WOD by running to the adult center…upon return you will pick up a bumper plate and carry it around the basketball court. You will return to your station and complete:

34 wall balls

34 knees to elbows

34 box jumps

repeat run to adult center and carrying of bumper plate

34 push press

34 burpees

34 sit-ups

34 squats

end the workout with a run to adult center and carrying bumper plate.
