Technique: Front Squat

Workout:

Start with 1 front squat, then 5 push-ups, 5 pull-ups….then 3 front squats, 5 push-ups, 5 pull-ups….then 5 front squats, 5 push-ups, 5 pull-ups….then 7 front squats, 5 push-ups, 5 pull-ups….and so on until you reach 15 front squats

**really looking for great technique, full range of motion on the squats and push-ups…..and try to grab a pull-up band that is more challenging than normal…..or try pull-ups with out a band!!**
