Anyhoo…..today’s workout is a tribute to Jeanne’s 55th birthday!! It was a lot of fun and very long!! Get ready morning crew!
The room is divided into two sections. One group starts on one side, the other group starts on the other side. You will complete each excercise for 55 seconds….counting your reps. The groups will switch sides and complete 55 seconds of the excercise designated on that side. You will do this twice……where the second round you are trying to get 2 or more reps within the 55 seconds.
For example: Group 1 does airsquats for 55 seconds, Group 2 does mountain climbers for 55 seconds…..then the groups switch and Group 1 does mountain climbers for 55 seconds and Group 2 does air squats for 55 seconds. This is then repeated for round two and everyone is trying to increase the reps by 2 or more.
Round One: Squat/Mountain Climber
Round Two: Deadlift/burpee
Round Three: Wall ball/Push-up
Round Four: Front squat/overhead squat w/pipe
Round Five: Pull-up/sit-up
Round Six: Sumo High pull/burpee
Round Seven: push press/mountain climber
