Our new bumper plates!! These made a huge difference this session!!

Just a reminder…..if you have been a part of CrossFit SSFC for awhile, this next week would be a perfect “built in” break for your bodies….if you just began with us, keep up the workouts!! You can either go back to your journals for reference or try some of the following posts.


Home workout:

Run 400 meters (1/4 mile)

50 squats

**you will complete 4 rounds**

Gym or home workout:

10 burpees

10 deadlifts

**you will complete 7 rounds**
