You guys should do this workout in the mean time……you can use the bars and plates from the free weight floor….

Run to the adult center

15 deadlifts

50 sit-ups

**complete 4 rounds**

    Heh Allison; glad you’ll be back tomorrow… Reading the SSFC Newsletter re;cross-fit starting April 25th; says MWF at 8 am and TTF at 5pm. Are you changing the dates/times? Works for me if that’s the new times.
