Technique: clean and jerk
I’m gonna miss you guys. I won’t be able to be there until Friday so I will check back for the workouts so I can do them on my own. Today I modified a benchmark workout and did: 400 meter run
25 push ups
25 sit ups
25 air squats x 4 rounds
