Lisa Spangler and Dede Moreno

Workout:

100 squats

100 pull-ups

100 sit-ups

100 burpees

100 power cleans

100 box jumps

100 deadlifts

100 push press

100 walking lunges with 25lb plate

100 front squats

Run to the adult center in between each round

Do you get it yet????? Look at the date, ha, ha

    I only was able to get througo the burpees, 1 round and my time was 45:24.
