New CrossFit SSFC member Leanne Castleberry

Your hard work on perfecting your technique on these movements is really starting to pay off!! The deadlifts from earlier this week and the thrusters from today were so awesome! You guys are getting stronger….and more confident! Keep it up!

Technique: Clean and Jerk

Workout:

10 front squats

10 push-ups/10 box jumps

9 front squats

10 push-ups/10 box jumps

8 front squats

10 push-ups/10 box jumps

7 front squats

10 push-ups/10 box jumps

***you get the idea! Go all the way down to 1 front squat***

    Man I hate missing! I am so jealous. I will be there in the morning. Perhaps I can do this workout Saturday.
