Karen Carter.....we have been working really hard on our squats!!

Technique: Overhead squat

Workout:

Overhead squat/deadlift/push-up/sit-up

Start with 5 reps of overhead squats, 10 deadlifts, 15 push-ups, and 20 sit-ups. For each round you will increase the reps of all exercises by one except for the sit-ups which you will increase by 5. (ie: 2nd round: 6 overhead squats, 11 deadlifts, 16 push-ups, 25 sit-ups) You will do as many rounds as it takes to get to 10 overhead squats, 15 deadlifts, 20 push-ups, and 45 sit-ups.

***try to take as much rest as you need in between each round because the goal is to complete the exercises in each round unbroken***
