Last workout of the session:

21-15-9

thruster/pull-up

**you will start each round with a run to adult center, and complete 7 burpees at the end of each round**

Strength work: deadlift and front squat

EQUIPMENT IS ON THE WAY!! WE WILL HAVE IT HERE BY THE START OF THE NEXT SESSION. I AM SO EXCITED FOR YOU GUYS TO TRY THEM……YOUR LIFTS WILL FEEL SO DIFFERENT….AS WITH EVERYTHING IN LIFE, IT WILL TAKE SOME TIME GETTING USED TO……BE PATIENT…..YOU WILL LOVE IT!

**Bring a friend!** Anybody can come by and see what this is all about. Have your guest fill out a health history at the front desk and march them right on upstairs!!
