YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! PUSHING YOURSELF OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE……YOU GUYS DEFINITELY KNOW THE MEANING OF THIS!! WAY TO GO….Add it all up…you guys completed 100 lunges, 100 front squats, 100 push-ups, 100 deadlifts, 100 burpees, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats.

Workout:

20 overhead squats w/pipe

15 deadlifts

12 hang-cleans

9 front squats

6 push-jerks

***you will complete 5 rounds***
