**You will start with 1 rep of the lifts and then do 10 push-ups, the next round you will do 3 reps of the lifts and then 10 push-ups, the next round you will do 5 reps and then 10 push-ups. You will continue this sequence until you reach 15 reps. You will do a front squat into a thruster, into a push press. (that is considered one rep)
