HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Technique work: 1.) Front squat     2.) Jumping pull-up/pull-up

Workout:

3 minutes jumprope

max pull-ups

max front squat (5 reps)

***complete 4 rounds***

AMRAP

10 deadlifts

15 push-ups

20 squats

***complete as many rounds as you can in 10 minutes***
