Welcome Back Everyone!! Good to see some new faces as well. I promise you guys have made the right step in bettering your strength, stamina, speed, accuracy, flexibility, and CONFIDENCE!!

Technique Work: Squat and Overhead squat

Todays WOD:

Returning students:                                                                          New Students:

10 push-ups                                                                                            5 push-ups

15 sit-ups                                                                                                5 sit-ups

20 squat                                                                                                 5 squats

***do as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes***
