ENJOY THE BREAK!!

This is a great time to rest the body!! It is only for a couple of days, so use that time to let your muscles recover. We will be hitting it hard again next week.

I am truly amazed and inspired by your progress this session. All of you guys improved your scores on that last workout; some by over 100 points!! AWESOME, AWESOME!!

See you next week. Remember to bring your journals. You guys have been doing a much better job with keeping these current. These journals are crucial to documenting your progress. Think about the motivation generated from the will to improve your times!!

I am thankful I get to coach such an amazing group of people!
