There are 5 stations: deadlifts, front squat, dumbell swings, push-ups, and box jumps
you have 1 minute at each station where you will complete as many reps as you can during that minute. Write down your rep # after each station. W
hen you finish a full rotation of the 5 stations, you have 1 minute rest. Complete this sequence 3 times. You will then get a grand total for all of the reps in the entire workout.
If you are in class, I will provide you with the template on a piece of paper.
