Today’s workout:

Karen Painter in full extension

Clean and jerk/burpee  1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,13,11,9,7,5,3,1

Starting with 3 runs to the adult center, you will then come to your station and start with 1 clean and jerk, 1 burpee and then work your way up to 15 and then head back down to 1. Since this is our first workout with clean and jerks of this session, do not go too heavy.


Reminder: Next week is our last week for the session. The new session begins December 13th. Sign up at the front desk!!
